About the Role

Juggernaut Media Partners is seeking a high-agency, detail-oriented Intern to join our remote, asynchronous team. This isn’t a "shadowing" opportunity—it is a hands-on operational role where you will directly influence our creator and brand partnerships. Whether you are identifying the next viral TikTok creator or executing outreach for a major brand campaign, you will be at the front lines of the creator economy. This role is designed for self-starters who thrive in independent environments and are eager to see the "inner workings" of how digital media deals are built, tracked, and closed.

Responsibilities

  • Self-Directed & Reliable: You don't need a manager hovering over your shoulder to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written English skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit different brands and creators.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating social media platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube) and managing data within internal tracking systems/CRMs.
  • Process-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for detail and can strictly follow internal workflows and templates without cutting corners.
  • Interest in Media/Business: Current students or recent grads in Marketing, Communications, or Business are preferred, but a passion for the creator economy is a must.
  • Qualifications

  • Strategic Research: Identify and vet creators and brands that align with Juggernaut’s portfolio, ensuring high-quality data and verified contact information.
  • Outreach Execution: Deploy high-volume, personalized outreach to potential partners using approved templates and professional communication standards.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach, follow-ups, and responses in our internal systems to ensure no deal falls through the cracks.
  • Deal Support: Assist in early-stage conversations and logistical tracking to move partnerships from initial contact to a closed deal.
  • Reporting: Participate in weekly check-ins to report on output, conversion rates, and market insights gathered during your research.
