We’re looking for a Remote Hiring Manager to lead all things recruitment and HR operations at Juggernaut—with the long-term goal of expanding into a dedicated staffing service. You'll manage end-to-end hiring for both internal roles and client-facing positions, helping us scale intentionally and efficiently.
This is a part-time role to start (20 hours/week), with a clear path to full-time based on performance and growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to build systems, shape our hiring culture, and drive team expansion across multiple functions.
