About Juggernaut

Juggernaut is a creator-first media company that helps top digital creators and global brands produce high-impact content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We manage a curated roster of talent, execute strategy-first influencer campaigns, and produce culture-shaping experiences. We’re not a traditional agency—we’re hands-on, relationship-driven, and focused on long-term growth for both creators and brands.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Talent Coordinator (Entry Level) to work directly with our CEO and support the day-to-day execution of talent and campaign operations. This is a high-trust, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both internal coordination and external-facing tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, polished, and motivated to grow into a long-term role managing talent and leading campaign workflows.

You’ll also help oversee and direct our remote assistants. Long term, you’ll be trained to manage client-facing talent relationships independently.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day talent and campaign operations
  • Attend meetings and shoots, take notes, track deliverables
  • Manage inboxes, coordinate calendars, and prep logistics
  • Run point on task follow-up, HubSpot updates, and payments
  • Represent Juggernaut professionally in-person and online
  • Support with errands, shipping, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or activations

Qualifications

You’re organized, curious, and eager to grow into a talent manager role. You know how to keep things moving behind the scenes, and you’re not afraid to take initiative or handle client-facing interactions with poise.

  • Based in Los Angeles with in-person and travel flexibility
  • Strong communicator—professional in tone, confident under pressure
  • Detail-obsessed and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or HubSpot (or quick to learn)
  • Comfortable leading junior team members or remote staff
  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
  • Prior experience in talent, production, logistics, or admin a plus—but not required
